These terms and conditions apply for any tour or other activity directly organized by Lisbon Destination Tours and booked through our online booking system or by e-mail.
All prices are in euro. In order to book a tour online, the client must pay in advance through our online payment system (PayPal). Once the payment is made, the client will receive a confirmation email for the booking. We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for.
We reserve the right to sell any places reserved without full payment.
In case the minimum number of participants for a tour is not reached, Lisbon Destination Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour 48h prior to departure with a full refund to the client.
Any notification of cancellation by the client must happen via email. The date on which Lisbon Destination Tours receives the email will determine the cancellation charges applicable.
In case the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior the tour departure, the payment is non-refundable.
In case the cancellation is made 48 hours prior the tour departure and no later than 60 days after the booking, the payment is refunded at 100%.
In case the cancellation is made 48 hours prior the tour departure and later than 60 days after the booking, the payment is refunded at 90%.
Any refund payment will be made by Lisbon Destination Tours using the same payment method that the client used.
In case of a client not joining a tour, joining after departure, or leaving prior completion, no refunds will be applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to be on time at the meeting point for the tour’s departure. If the client is more than 15 minutes late on the time of departure, the tour will leave and no refund is applicable.
If you made your booking using a discount coupon from Destination Hostels, you need to show your hostel bracelet at the beginning of the tour.
